Privacy??? - prevent facebook copying
I have an account on Facebook, and I wonder whether there is any way that I can show my photos to my friends, but to prevent copied to your PC

I do not think you can do on Facebook.
I know that the site Yuniti (http://yuniti.com) allows you to place a watermark (by name so that people know that yours) and can block certain people to see if you think to steal. ..

It is really a way to get people could prevent them from your PC to save, however, because even if you do not, and click Save, you can always "print screen" hits "and copy the entire screen to the picture.

You can not. Configured as Facebook and give this option. I do not think that Facebook aware of the danger that would allow people to copy / paste images from anyone.
