I am now the restoration of a vintage Cyclops tricycle. This is a tandem tricycle, and had the problem of finding a new front wheel. the peddler is to the front wheel and tire rubber is attached to thick, buckled the wheel and the rubber is mutual. any info would be great!

It is very difficult to find. There were many such incidents, and the conference was, as far as I know devoted to this model.
It is relatively easy to find a solid new tires, but the wheel will be hard. Keep doing your eyes open for other tricycle, or what others do when they restaurateurs struggle to find parts to encounter ... have done or find someone who can repair the old one.
Try Ebay, you should do something!
