If it helps at all, the SCRAM bracelets are used to detect alcohol, or simply monitor both areas. Depends on what the person was convicted by the court, what type is determined by sales.
The bracelets do not have any built-in speaker system. You make a transmission signal including the identification system of alcohol, but the conversation is not recorded and released out.
